This type of de-capper machine is special used for 3 gallon and 4 gallon water filling line. (adjustable for 3 Gallon and 4 gallon ). Main machine applies super stainless steel, which is anti-rust and easy to clean. Main electrical components applies SIEMENS, and Mitsubishi, pneumatic components applies AIRTAC. This machine has merit of compact structure, and stable running, high automation.

Barrels are transferred by conveyor belt and enter into Automatic outside Brushing Machine. The barrels reverse rotation with inlet direction and rotary bottom brush direction. Barrels finish running one circle of revolution and four circles of rotation via thumb wheel. Rinsing pump continuously spray water or cleaning agent to each brush. There is collecting water pan bellows machine which can collect water and make water flow into cleaning agent case thus to recycle used. Barrels will enter into shower room after 270°revolution in Automatic outside Brushing Machine and then output by conveyor belt. The water of shower room or cleaning agent is from the same rinsing water pump, and been collected by collecting water pan and flow into the same cleaning case then recycle used.

1. Summary
QGF-200/300 is an automatic barrel production line for drinking water of 3-5gallon. This machine includes washer, filler and capper three functions in one body. It is optimal equipment production line for mineral water, stilled water and purifier water. This machine is adopted stainless steel; it is anti-rust, and easy to clean. Main electrical parts are adopted SIEMENS, OMRON ‘s products, air-way system is adopted importing AIRTCA brand. This machine has concise structure, higher work productivity, and high automation. Installation, debug, training, after sales
（One.）installation, debug
After equipments reached the workshop of customer, place the equipments according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange seasoned technician for equipments installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipments reach the rated producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug is 15-25 days.
（Two.）training
Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipments, control and operation of equipments. Training is in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
