Model BG-series fully automatic De-capper Machine is an auxiliary equipment especially for three gallon and five gallon drink water production line. (It has dual purpose for both three gallon and five gallon if being adjusted). It is especially used for pull caps before cleaning the recycled barrel. It significantly increases labor efficiency, and greater reduces artificial secondary pollution and reduce labor intensity. Automatic outside Brushing machine
General description:
Barrels are transferred by conveyor belt and enter into Automatic outside Brushing Machine. The barrels reverse rotation with inlet direction and rotary bottom brush direction. Barrels finish running one circle of revolution and four circles of rotation via thumb wheel. Rinsing pump continuously spray water or cleaning agent to each brush. There is collecting water pan bellows machine which can collect water and make water flow into cleaning agent case thus to recycle used. Barrels will enter into shower room after 270°revolution in Automatic outside Brushing Machine and then output by conveyor belt. The water of shower room or cleaning agent is from the same rinsing water pump, and been collected by collecting water pan and flow into the same cleaning case then recycle used.

QGF-450 barreled production line
Summary
QGF-450 is an automatic barrel production line for drinking water of 3-5gallon. It is optimal equipment production line for mineral water, stilled water and purifier water. This machine includes washer, filler and capper three functions in one body, using cylinder for pressing cap, the valve has the CAP refluence function, the cap storage has the number of caps that can last for one hour, that’s to say the volume of the cap storage is very big. With vision of washing pressure and the pipes connected with finished water should use stainless steel 316, the inner washing pressure is no less than 0.28 MPA and the time is no less than 16 sec. outer washing pressure is about 0.2 MPA. Lye and disinfection liquid have heating device. The main electrical parts use SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI. Pneumatic parts use AIRTAC products. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel use the special technology equipment from American sprayer company. The machine has concise structure, higher work productivity, and high robotization. The machine needs two operators; it is automatic barrel production equipments
